The check-in process could be improved, particularly regarding the uncomfortable wait area lacking proper air conditioning!!! Room size is far too cramped for even basic luggage management, let alone comfort!!!

It was just an appropriate option for a lightning stop in Tokyo with high value for money. The bed was firm, which actually helped with a good night's sleep after long days out. Be prepared for small room space, so pack light.

I had a great stay in Tokyo! The breakfast options were good, especially the fresh fruit, and I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the bathroom. However, the room was way smaller than expected from the photos!

Location is great with metro stations close by. We could walk to the Diet Building and Royal gardens. Room was small but comfy with a big bed. The private bathroom had a nice tub and was super clean. Breakfast had fresh options but wish the hot food was hotter. Lots of food spots nearby.

I really loved the hotel's proximity to Hie Shrine, just a few steps away, along with the vibrant dining options nearby, as I had no problem getting around and exploring Akasaka, especially with its lively restaurants and bars in the evening.

My stay was really enjoyable, the Akasaka area is bustling with excellent dining options and very close to the subway, making it convenient to explore Tokyo. The staff were polite and attended to my requests swiftly, while the room was clean and comfortable, even if it was a bit small. One downside was that the elevator occasionally took a long time to arrive, which could be a bit frustrating during busy hours.

i loved my stay at best western! the superior double room was comfortable and the breakfast menu was a fantastic addition. the location is unbeatable, just a quick walk to the train station and tons of great food spots nearby. the staff were super kind and helpful, even with language barriers.
